Hostile City turns ONE, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how ... loud and absolutely unhinged! We'll be featuring the legendary GRAFIX at the one and only Warehouse on Watts!!! Hostile City has spent the past year helping to build up Philly's underground DnB scene by bringing in world-renowned talent to create unique immersive experiences, spotlighting rising local talent, and building a community for all of us.
